Rosmaza Binti Mohamad Tajudin is a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Sharia and Law from the University of Malaya in 2013. She continued her studies in the field of Sharia and Practice after graduation, earning a Diploma from Universiti Teknologi Mara in 2019.
She began her legal career as a Trainee-in-Chamber in 2014 and has been practicing as a Sharia Lawyer since 2015. Rosmaza is currently an active Sharia Lawyer and has been duly qualified as a Sharia Lawyer in four (4) states, which are:
- Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
- Negeri Sembilan
- Kedah
- Pulau Pinang (Penang)
With six years of experience as a Sharia Lawyer, Rosmaza has handled a wide range of cases related to Sharia Law in general and Islamic Family Law in particular. This includes cases involving pre and post-divorce rights, child custody, child maintenance, joint matrimonial property, mutaah, and more.
Rosmaza also has experience in handling cases related to inheritance (faraid), gifts (hibah), and wills (wasiat), and she can assist in drafting hibah and wasiat documents.
Furthermore, Rosmaza has worked on high-profile cases for prominent individuals with the title of Datin, including estate claims exceeding two million and joint matrimonial property claims approaching one million.
Rosmaza subsequently joined Abdul, Low & Partners through a merger with Rosmaza Associates in February 2022, where she continues to practice.
