Muhammad Ijlal Bin Mohd Naim is an advocate and solicitors who was called to the Malaysian Bar on 19.6.2016.   • Assisted in defending a financial institution involving complex legal issues pertaining to investment, professional negligence and contractual dispute. The claim sums are in excess of RM220,000,000.00.
  • Conducted multiple   adjudication   claims   pursuant   to   Construction   Industry   Payment   and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) 2012.
  • Represented a reputable statesmen for claims amounting to RM6,541.,312.80  for  fraudulent  scheme  of conspiracy to defraud in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
  • Conducted multiple  proceedings  representing  banks  in  respect  of  a  forfeiture  of  property  pursuant  to Dangerous Drugs (Forfeiture of Property) Act 1988.
