Nurfarhana Binti Mohd Idros is an experienced Syarie Lawyer who has started her career by doing her pupillage at Messrs Azaine & Fakhrul from 2017 and then actively became a Syarie Lawyer for the Federal Territories until now.
Nurfarhana is a graduate of the Bachelor's Degree (Syariah) with Honors from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Kuala Terengganu and holds a Diploma in Islamic Judiciary Administration from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
She is actively involved in field of Syarie law, especially in Syariah cases, including cases related to Islamic family law issues such as divorce, matrimonial property, polygamy permission application, marriage affirmation, claims after divorce, child custody (Hadhanah), Faraid application and so on.
Apart from the usual cases filed in the Syariah Court, she is also experienced in cases rarely filed in the Syariah Court, such as cases involving matrimonial property debt transactions, namely Hiwalah case worth approximately RM1.5 Million, Judgment Debtor Summons and other execution orders cases.
Armed with her experience and knowledge, she is also involved in helping to handle cases related to the complex Muslim Estate management cases, such as Faraid cases including layered Faraid, Wajibah Wills (Wasiat Wajibah), Affirmation of Wills, and helped to draft documents of Hibah and Wills.
As a Syarie Lawyer, she believes that every truth must be upheld, and every falsehood must be defeated with justice through the existing battlefield of law. For her, every legal problem must have a solution if the existing law is used correctly and according to the proper channels.
